The best all around caliber I own is probably the 17 HMR from Bass Pro Shops in Gervais. I got my Remington 17 HMR at the Wiley Outdoor Sports in Gervais. My friend (Vicente) said his favorite caliber is the 17 HMR he got at a NWTF banquet last season. My favorite rifle is everything made by Remington.
I got my Remington 257 Roberts online at Cabelas. One drawback with the Remington 257 Roberts is that it can't be reloaded until all the magazine rounds have been expended. The best hunting trip this year was in Gervais, we got a place to stay from my friend Vicente. My dad got his rifle at the local Army Surplus store over in Gervais.
My Dad's favorite caliber would have to be a 17 HMR. I like the the 257 Roberts best for deer hunting. My second favorite caliber is for the Remington Model 673 is 257 Roberts.
